I want to join, but I'm not sure what I need. Where should I start?
I require an initial consultation with every new member. Because this is a very personalized platform, I want to understand where you’re at, and how I can best help you so that we can make the right decision for your business from the very beginning. You don’t need to have anything prepared to book a consultation, and you don’t need to worry about a thing! Remember, this gets to be simple.
I'm already set up on a different platform, but I want to move to yours. What do I do?
I will help you move! The first thing you’ll need to do is schedule an initial, free consultation so we can discuss the reasons for your move and be sure that this is the right fit for you.
What if I want to hire a third party or collaborate with another designer?
Feel free to collaborate with and hire other designers, writers, and marketers as you see fit. I can invite them to join your platform and assist you.
What if I want to integrate a tool or software that is not included in your platform?
If you would like to implement additional, outside tools, please reach out! I would be happy to help you integrate them. However, you will be responsible for the costs of any additional tools you purchase.
I highly recommend that you get in touch with me first and ask me about the software or tool that you’d like to integrate. Too often, business owners invest hundreds of dollars into software and tools when really, there is a way more affordable option that’s equally as great! I’ve made it my goal to use the most cost-friendly yet highest-quality tools so that I can make this accessible to everyone. We will work together to find the cheapest options while making the richest decisions.
What if I need something that is not in your list of services?
Ask me about it! If there is ever something that is not included in my services, then I will scout out, interview, hire, and see your vision through to the very end.
There are some services that I no longer provide due to other services becoming higher in demand, but I’m happy to pull them back out if need be.
What if I decide that I want to change platforms later?
I will support you to make the best decisions for your business. In the event that you wish to shift to another platform after building your website, I will offer my full support and ensure a smooth transition process. This is a month-to-month platform with no yearly contracts. Once you decide to switch platforms, there will be one last monthly payment to go through which covers offboarding costs.
Additionally, there is the option to upgrade or downgrade a package at any time.
The only exception to these rules is with the digital growth stack bundle which lasts for up to 6 months. Depending on how far along we are in the process, you may qualify to receive a partial refund.
